Galen Hall, Sam Trickett and JP Kelly odds to win the 2011 WSOP were each set at 66/1.

San Francisco’s Hall has been hot as of late, winning this year’s PokerStars Caribbean Adventure and the $2.3 million grand prize that went with it.

Sam Trickett is a United Kingdom player who has $3.3 million in winnings to date on the live poker circuit.   He won $1.6 million and some change at this year’s Aussie Millions.

John Paul Kelly odds to win the 2011 World Series of Poker were also at 66/1 being that this UK-based player has cashed out at 5 tournaments this year alone including two 5th place finishes and a 6th place finish.  He is the 2009 World Series of Poker $1,500 buy-in Pot-Limit Hold’em champ.

The pros stand a better shot of winning in 2011 as do gamblers who are looking to place bets on these individuals since the field of amateurs is likely to be limited in light of the April 15 indictments against Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars and UB.com.  Those online poker rooms left the US market and will not be offering satellites to players in the States.
