Jenny Woo Talks 2011 WSOP Final Table Odds With DonBest TV
The World Series of Poker 2011 Final Table will take place November 8 through the 13th and our Jenny Woo has details along with the latest odds.
“Matt Giannetti, a 26 years old with 25 million in chips is well known in Vegas local events, but not televised,” Woo said during her appearance on DonBestTV.com, referring to one of two local Las Vegas players appearing at the final table. The other is also 26 years of age, Phil Collins. “He (Collins) is more known for his online play.”
Ben Lamb in Seat 8, leading Player of the Year race for the World Series of Poker, comes to us from Tulsa, Oklahoma and had 8 to 1 odds of winning the event.
All but two of the Final Nine are in their 20’s. The Ukraine’s Anton Makievskyi is a 21-year-old player while the oldest is a 49-year-old player from Belize City, Badih Bounahra.
Czech Republic player Martin Staszko leads the pack but Don Best TV’s Pat Williams offered up some interesting commentary.
“My people here in Las Vegas say the worst of the players but he does lead in the chip count,” noted Pat Williams of Don Best TV.
“It doesn’t have anything to do with the chips,” advised Woo. “They got almost four months (to train for this event)”.
