Langar Oghabian Leads Eureka 5 Main Event
Langar Oghabian from Netherlands is leading the €1,100 Eureka 5 Rozvadov Main Event after day 1a. The Dutch bagged 258,900 chips to secure a chip lead amongst 24 survivors out of 98 participants.
Oghabian is followed by Russia's Denis Ursu, who was the only other player to cross a 200k mark. Eureka 4 Vienna champ Zoltan Gal attended flight 1a but fell before the end of the day, just as UKIPT Isle of Man 2 finalist Josef Snejberg.
Among those who survived day 1a is Manuel Mutke, who came close to earning a WSOP bracelet back in 2013, finishing 2nd in a $1.5k event. Other notables who got through first 11 levels here in Rozvadov were Pierre Mothes (EPT8 Loutraki finalist) and Jakub Kyrian (LAPT7 Peru finalist).
