The Full Tilt Poker saga continues with the registration of a new Irish company:  New Full Tilt Limited, for which Adidas savior Laurent Tapie has invested a reported €1m.

In March, Laurent Tapie and Prosper Jerémy Masquelier were appointed the sole directors of the business, according to PokerFuse.com

New Full Tilt Limited is categorized as “software consultancy and supply” firm.

In recent days, a flurry of activity had been occurring amidst the Full Tilt Poker camp with a new hiring drive and software testing.

Tapie’s company, Groupe Bernard Tapie, has been in talks to purchase Full Tilt Poker, the once second largest Internet card room, following its shutdown last summer.  FTP accounts were froze by US authorities as part of a multi-years probe into alleged bank fraud and money laundering.  Customers of Full Tilt Poker have waited more than a year to be paid.

Tapie in the past has indicated he intends to reimburse all players outside the US who are owed money by Full Tilt Poker.
