Poker’s most outspoken representative Daniel Negreanu (also known as Kid Poker) has objected to the idea of banning any type of religious holiday observations on some college campuses.

Negreanu tweeted this weekend in regard to an article appearing in the Weekly Standard discussing various college policies on this subject.

Don't even understand how anyone can defend this nonsense with a straight face.

Those policies include Cornell University that makes it a violation to hang Christmastime mistletoes, that “pressure people to kiss, which perpetuates rape culture and sexual assault and no one would be safe”.

They also will not permit trees (no mention of the word “Christmas”) with any type of religious decorations.  That means no angels, no stars and no menorahs atop of that… ahem (Chrismas)….tree.

Ohio State does not allow holiday bows that are blue or red.

And at holiday parties held on the campus of Tennessee-Knoxville, no “Secret Santa” gifts.  Instead you will want to refer to these as “Secret Gift Exchanges”.

You will want to check out Fox News “War on Christmas Below” to find out what is really going on here.
