Ole Schemion Wins 2012 Partouche Poker Tour
German poker player Ole Schemion has won the 2012 Partouche Poker Tour Final.
The 5th annual event had undergone some bad press in recent days after tour organizers reneged on an initial €5 million guarantee, chopping it €4.3 million, to only to reinstate the original amount over the weekend.
Ole Schemion’s take was a cool $1.5 million.
Up until today, Schemion had only won $314,549 in live tournaments but has cashed in 7 so far this year, including 1st place and a nearly $100,000 cash at the EPT Berlin Season 8 No Limit Hold’em back in April.
