The US-facing online poker site today announced the return of the $150,000 Freebuy Super Series, a free online poker tournament series featuring $150,000 guaranteed. The Freebuy Super Series II kicks off on August 28th and features 10 straight days of free poker tournaments with real money guarantees and $0 buy-ins across the board.

The $150,000 Freebuy Super Series first launched in May 2015. The initial 10-day series offered players the chance to play free tournaments with real money prize pools and was a massive success, attracting a record number of new players to Americas Cardroom.
The Freebuy Super Series II takes place from August 28th through September 6th. The series is packed exclusively with freebuy tournaments. A freebuy is an Americas Cardroom innovation that combines freerolls and rebuy/add-on tournament format to create a unique event for free and real money poker players.
When a player registers for a Freebuy tourney, the player pays absolutely nothing and receives a chip stack for free. Each tourney also features real money rebuys and add-ons from $.01 to $20, depending on the tournament.
The Freebuy Super Series is especially attractive to new players who want to test the Americas Cardroom waters without having to deposit. Players are not required to make a deposit to participate in any tournament of the Freebuy Super Series tournaments. But if you are a real money player, you may rebuy or add-on to build a bigger chip stack.
Registration for each Freebuy tournament opens 2 hours prior to the start of the tournament and closes 2 hours after the event begins. Players will receive a 1,000 chip starting stack when they register. Rebuys are available for 2 hours after the tournament starts and each rebuy gives players an additional 2,500 chips.
