Online Poker Tournament News: UB.com Sending Players to Four Aces Poker Event
North America’s 3rd biggest online poker room, UB.com, has announced plans to act as head sponsor for the Four Aces Open Poker Tournament in Montreal September 10th, 2010 at the Four Aces Poker Club. Online poker players will be able to qualify for the $2500+250 buy-in No Limit Hold 'em Main Event in a series of Super Satellites that will take place between August 29th and September 5th.
Four Aces is widely billed as Canada’s number one poker room. It is located on the Kahnawake Reserve just outside of Montreal, with hourly bus service from Angrignon Metro Station. The Kahnawake Reserve also happens to be a leading licensing jurisdiction for online poker ventures like UB.com.
UB will be sending Team UB pro Mark ‘P0ker H0’ Kroon to represent the brand at the live event.

Additional prizes will be offered up to online qualifiers at UB.com including a $3,500 prize package that includes the $2,750 entry Four Aces Poker Open, plus $750 for travel expenses while in the spectacular city of Montreal.

The $300+20 buy-in Super Satellites will run every day at 20:05 ET between August 29th and September 5th, with a minimum of one prize package up for grabs per Super Satellite. From 16:05 ET on the day of each Super Satellite, UB will also host regular $40 buy-in Freezeouts and $10+1 Rebuy tournaments that feed into the 20:05 ET Super Satellite.
