PartyPoker Oktoberfest Rake Race Promotion Should Move Online Poker Room Back to Number 2

Having lost some serious ground to iPoker in recent days, PartyPoker is hoping that its Oktoberfest Rake Race promotion will help boost its worldwide rankings.
