Well, he couldn’t beat riding the giant hotdog on water but poker pro Phil Hellmuth tried to top that one off with a grand entrance at this week’s World Poker Tour Venice Grand Prix.
The colourful self-proclaimed “Poker Brat” arrived on a gondola dressed in Carnevale di Venezia garb that from a distance in the dark resembled a cross between sea monster and junior Sasquatch.
Having won 13 World Series of Poker gold bracelets, Hellmuth can get away with these types of glorified entrances. In the past he has shown up at Caesar’s Resort dressed as Julius Caesar.
Hellmuth busted out by day’s end.
