Phil Hellmuth Being a Tease: Won’t Confirm Dancing With The Stars Rumors
World Series of Poker bracelet record holder and former UB.com representative Phil Hellmuth continues to keep his Twitter masses on edge as to whether he will be appearing on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars.
“Who is (on) Dancing With The Stars?” Hellmuth teased on his Twitter page late Sunday.
The poker star is widely rumored to be among those appearing on the upcoming season of the ABC hit dance competition.
Affectionately known as “The Poker Brat” – named for his frequent tantrums at the poker tables – Hellmuth had previously implied on his Twitter page that he would not be appearing on the show.
Others rumored to be taking part in the competition include retired NFL quarterback Brett Favre, Madonna’s ex boyfriend Carlos Leon, talk show host Wendy Williams, former Miss America and Cat Woman Lee Meriweather, wrestler Maria Keanellis, Jennifer Beals of Flashdance (who would likely be instilled as a favorite), and even Al Sharpton, though he reportedly turned down the offer.
So where would Hellmuth rank with the oddsmakers once the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars odds are released?
“At the very bottom,” one bookmaker told Gambling911.com. “Even if Al Lewis of the Munsters were participating, Phil Hellmuth would still have the longest odds.”
That doesn’t say much for Hellmuth’s chances since Al Lewis is dead.
“And Phil will probably put his money on Jennifer Beals should she be on the show,” quipped Payton O’Brien,
