Poker Players Alliance Hosting Town Hall in Greater Boston Area on December 1st

This Saturday, December 1st, the PPA is hosting a free Town Hall event at the Clarion Inn in the greater Boston area to discuss a number of priority issues facing poker players across the nation and various states. John Pappas, PPA’s executive director, will provide an update on the efforts to license and regulate online poker in the U.S. as well as insight into the Full Tilt repayment process for U.S. players.

PPA’s vice president of player relations Rich “The Engineer” Muny, litigation support network director Patrick Fleming, director of grassroots and external affairs Drew Lesofski, and several PPA state directors will also be on hand to answer questions on the ever-changing landscape for players on the state level,  including Massachusetts.

PPA is also hosting a charity poker tournament to benefit the Angel Fund, a local non-profit charity dedicated to finding a cure for ALS, which will be held at the Clarion Inn following the Town Hall at 6 PM.
