Seven-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Billy Baxter has won $400,000 on a bet that Tiger Woods would once again regain the number one golf ranking in the world.

Woods lost his number one standing in October 2000 following a series of highly publicized scandals involving extramarital affairs.

Doyle Brunson congratulated his friend Baxter via Twitter.
