Former Full Tilt Poker CEO Ray Bitar may not be serving any jail time but he will have to surrender several coveted assets including a $3 million mansion in Glendora, California.

Bitar was among those indicted for his role in running an illegal online poker room, Full Tilt Poker.  He recently plead guilty to charges of fraud and violating a 2006 gambling prohibition act.

Prosecutors determined Bitar had only a short time to live due to a debilitating heart disease, thus they decided not to pursue a prison sentence.  The former Full Tilt Poker head honcho will require a new heart within the next 12 months or else face death.  Ending up behind bars would have made Bitar ineligible for the transplant.

The other assets he is forced to give up is enough to give even the healthiest individual a heart attack.

Several properties, 18 bank accounts, timeshares in a Bermuda golf resort and ownership in various enterprises must be surrendered.
