Rocco Palumbo Wins WPT Venice Grand 2013: Mike Sexton Finishes Third

Italian poker player Rocco Palumbo has won the WPT Venice Grand 2013, bringing is live tournament earnings up to just over $1 million.

Palumbo did have three small cashes so far this year leading up to this event.  He did win $464,464 and a World Series of Poker bracelet last summer.

Noted poker player and personality Mike Sexton won a cool $69,723, finishing 3rd at the WPT Venice Grand.

In all, 173 players took part in this year’s event.
