Sara Underwood, one of the faces of Cake Poker Network online card room Victory Poker, will be appearing on the upcoming Million Dollar Challenge. The show is produced by PokerStars.net.
The way it works: Contestants who beat a celebrity opponent in round one will win an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas and will advance to round two.
In addition to Underwood, this year’s celebrity defenders include Dancing with the Stars’ Brooke Burke, NFL Hall of Famers John Elway and Barry Sanders, and former NBA great Gary Payton.
Sara Underwood is a former 2007 Playboy Playmate.
After playing in a Texas hold ‘em charity tournament, the model and actress decided she wanted to learn the finer points of the game. She is currently training with Team Victory members Keith Gipson, Andrew Robl and others.
Underwood placed fourth in her first online tournament. “I obviously had very good teachers, because I’m doing very well.”
