Steve O’Dwyer Wins Record-Breaking PCA 2015 $100K Super High Roller
EPT9 Grand Final champion Steve O'Dwyer has notched up yet another massive victory, this time at the PCA where he has taken down the $100k Super High Roller tournament for a lifetime best cash of $1,872,580.
He said: “I ended Day 1 not very happy about it and now I‘ve ended the tournament feeling pretty good about it. I don’t really care about the money ever, I just want to play against the best players and prove to myself that I can do this at the highest level. “
O’Dwyer beat a record-breaking field of 50 players, and a super-tough final table, to snatch the title, trophy and stunning watch from official PCA 2015 sponsor SLYDE. His victory comes just three months after he won the HK$500,000 Super High Roller event at the APPT in Macau for $1,811,638. The 32-year-old Irishman has now achieved 12 six-figure cashes in just over five years, including his EPT Grand Final victory for €1,224,000.

Today’s final, which was broadcast on PCALive, was also an amazing result for EPT regular Bryn Kenney, who finished third for $873,880 - bringing his live tournament winnings in the last three weeks to more than $1.5 million after he made two final tables in Las Vegas just before Christmas.
