Tomas Fara Seizes Top Spot at Eureka 4 Prague by End of Day 1A

It was a very fresh start of the EPT Prague Poker Festival; record-breaking 475 players attended day 1a of the €1,100 Eureka Main Event making it the biggest ever day 1a in tour's history (surpassing Vienna's 457 players). With almost 800 players already registered for tommorow's day 1b it might be once again time for Prague to set up the new strongest Eureka field as well as it happened in both previous years.

After ten levels we could see 142 survivors bagging chips with Czech Republic's Tomas Fara earning the chip leader spot by collecting 243,500 chips; Jose Carlos Garcia from Poland is in 2nd place with a 194,400 chip stack and France's Yannick Bonnet is in 3rd position with 191,900 chips. Team PokerStars Pro Martin Hruby also survived; the Czech advanced with 85,700 chips.

We could also watch three EPT champions in today's action, Rupert Elder, David Vamplew and Roberto Romanello. They all will come back on Tuesday to continue in day 2, although none of them was able to build a significant stack.
