Following a three-month self-imposed exile from the online poker tables, Viktor Blom won $1.6 million on Monday before giving back about $800,000 of those winnings by Tuesday.

Blom is now up just over a million dollars in profit this year on PokerStars, trailing only Ilari “Ilari FIN” Sahamies and Rafi “refaelamit” Amit.

After Blom (also known as “Isildur1”) had left the online poker scene, rumors swirled around that the Swedish phenom may have had a falling out with his sponsor site, PokerStars.

For many months the 21-year-old remained anonymous online.  Blom's online identity was revealed by PokerStars on January 8, 2011 at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.
