Poker pro Dutch Boyd believed it to be an ‘honest mistake” whereby Will “The Thrill” Failla ended up thrown out of the World Series of Poker Event 9 $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Re-Entry for a third time.
Boyd told Quadjacks.com: “It’s kind of a shame too, he had a nice little stack.”
Failla appeared to believe he could re-enter the tournament for a third time.
According to Boyd, organizers had Failla step away from the table.
“I hope he got his money back,” said Boyd, referring to the re-entry fee Failla would have made.
