Back in the summer of 2008, poker pro Tiffany Michelle gained notoriety by being the female player that outlasted all of the other female contestants in the WSOP Main Event. Since then, she has achieved more fame and popularity through a variety of endeavors designed to keep her in the public eye. Teamed with friend and fellow poker pro, Maria Ho, last year, Michelle was a contestant on CBS popular reality competition, the Amazing Race. Though the duo were plagued by bad luck and, at times, poor decision-making, they lasted several weeks, earning a 5th place finish and becoming pseudo mainstream mini-celebrities to those outside of the poker realm.
Since then, Michelle has become a mainstay on poker's growing charity circuit, earning sponsor exemptions to play for a variety of causes. In addition, she has maintained her pro sponsorship from UB.com and can be seen sporting the company logo whenever she plays at live events. Looking to parlay her celebrity, UB.com has announced a new, unique promotion which centers around her.

Citing her lack of quality dates in the recent past, Michelle has said she is looking forward to the opportunity presented to her. She said

Even my friends and family are talking about taking a shot at this tournament and they don't even play poker! I'm totally a guy's kind of girl, so baseball, food, and poker is the perfect date. I'm just crossing my fingers that I get some good company!"
It is important to note that this competition is open to men and women alike. Though she wouldn't have any chance of a romantic getaway should a female win the prize, Michelle is said to be open to having a good time with whomever the lucky winner is.
