A woman kicked in the face and left lying bloodied in a Miami Beach night club claims her assaulter was none other than poker player and Instagram kingpin Dan Bilzerian.

TMZ broke the story over the weekend that model Vanessa Castano is demanding Bilzerian pay her $1 million in damages.

TMZ.com writes that, “if he doesn't settle and he gets socked with punitive damages -- a jury will see his lavish lifestyle and nail him for millions in order for him to really feel it.”

Bilzerian is known for his lavish lifestyle and has bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table while posting another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him.

His many toys include a private jet, sports cars, boats and even a pet goat (if you want to call that a toy).  Oh, and he’s usually surrounded by half naked female models.

A grainy and very dark video surfaced last week purporting to show Bilzerian kicking the woman in the face and to the floor at Liv, a posh Miami Beach night club.  A muscular male is seen continuing to dance after the apparent assault.

It was a very bad week for the Poker Playboy.  On Tuesday evening, authorities arrested Bilzerian at the Los Angeles International Airport for warrants out of Nevada citing the possession of explosives on public land.

Prosecutors say he had been stockpiling an ammonium nitrate mix, with intent to use it as an explosive.

According to the criminal complaint, he is facing charges of possession of an explosive or incendiary device and having components such as, ammonium and aluminum powder, which can be used to make an explosive.

Bilzerian was released from police custody late Wednesday.
