Clinton All-Clear By FBI - Odds Shoot Up to 1-6

Oddsmakers have moved the odds of a Hillary Clinton victory from 1-3 to 1-6 in the wake of news that the Democratic nominee will not face criminal charges in the wake of a new probe into her emails that was reported last week.

FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers Sunday the agency has not changed its opinion that Clinton should not face criminal charges after a review of newly uncovered emails appear to be mostly duplicates.

"Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July," Comey wrote in the new letter to congressional committee chairmen.

UK bookmaker Sportingbet had moved her odds all the way to -650.

GOP nominee Donald Trump would now pay out as much as $450 for every $100 bet.
