HOW TO BET ON THE US PRESIDENTIAL RACE

Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has come down a half point to -4.5 Tuesday morning US Election Day but remains outside the margin of error. 

With more precision, Florida was down a quarter of a point to -2.25, trending slightly downward, which has us rounding down to -2. 

GOP nominee Donald Trump was still coming in at -2 in Ohio.

Clinton and Trump were at EVEN in North Carolina though Clinton did have an uptick of a quarter point overnight in the betting markets.

Michigan has dropped a half point to -4.5 in favor of Clinton. 

Trump has moved up a half point to -5 in Utah while his odds dropped a half point in Iowa but was still slightly outside the margin of error at -3.5.

Minnesota has run away for Clinton, moving up another point Tuesday morning at -11.
