Napoli are among the clubs interested in Manchester United's Kobbie Mainoo, though his current club appears unwilling to let him go ahead of the January 2026 transfer window.

The England midfield talent is desperate to leave Old Trafford. His brother was even spotted wearing a "Free Kobbie Mainoo" at the most recent match in which Man United drew 4-4 against Bournemouth.
The talented footballer is yet to start a singe game this season.
From BC.Game:
After a remarkable breakout season last year — capped by scoring the winning goal in the FA Cup final and earning England call-ups — Mainoo’s future at Old Trafford has come under scrutiny. Reports indicate he unsuccessfully pushed for a move in the summer, fueling talk of a potential January exit, especially following United’s repeated defensive lapses in the recent high-scoring encounter.

According to TalkSport, Old Trafford chiefs believe the academy product can still have a future at the club, so he will be allowed to leave on loan at best.
For now, the books have Mainoo favored to remain at Man Utd 8/11.
Napoli does pay out US$500 for every US$400 bet. Some sportsbooks have this number reversed.
From there, we get into the double digits with Tottenham paying out US$1000 on a $100 bet and Brighton US$1400. Crystal Palace pays as much as US$1600 on a US$100 bet though most bookmakers have the payout at US$1000.
