Gambling911.com has your Angels vs. Orioles series betting line for May 17.

LA was coming in as a -122 road dog while Baltimore was coming in as a +116 home underdog. The total was set at 8.5.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Angels RH Garrett Richards (3-1, 2.27 ERA) vs. Orioles RH Mike Wright (NA)

Richards was stellar against the Astros on Sunday, striking out 10 and allowing just one run on one hit across 6.2 innings to earn his third win of the season.  He’ll come into this game with two extra days of rest.

The Angels are 20-6 in Richards' last 26 starts and 8-2 in his last 10 road starts.

Richards has struggled against Baltimore in the past though, going 0-2 with a 7.31 ERA in six career games – two starts – against Baltimore.  On the surface that looks scary but the two who have had enjoyed the most success against Richards just happen to be on the DL.

Wright will be making his first Major League start.

Six of the last seven games in this series have gone UNDER the current total of 8.5.  The UNDER is 7-1 in Baltimore’s last 8 home games and 10-2-2 in Baltimore’s last 14 overall.

Let’s look at some of the DFS picks for today’s Orioles batters going up against Richards.

While none of today’s starters have gone over 8 at bats vs. Richards, Adam Jones has hit 3-for-8 with a homer.

We like the Angles at a reduced price today -122 with Garrett Richards starting.
