You can bet the Rays-Indians series Monday through Thursday.  Note that Cleveland is 7-1 in this series and it is hard to see this trend shifting Tampa Bay’s way over these next few days.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Rays LH Drew Smyly (2-7, 4.75 ERA) vs. Indians RH Josh Tomlin (8-1, 3.27)

Monday’s Game 1 features an enticing line on the home team of -119 but this one scares us a bit as one of those “sucker bets”.

Instead, we’d rather wait for Tuesday and take the more pricey but promising -171 on the Indians with Corey Kluber having permitted just 17 hits off of 65 at bats with two home runs against the current Rays roster.  Kluber is also coming off a bad loss after allowing just two runs in 15 innings pitched his previous two starts.

Cleveland came into Monday 8-0 in their last 8 home games.
