The Sporting News Linesmakers bring up an interesting little factoid regarding the young 2013 regular NFL season. A $10 3-team parlay on the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks and whomever is playing the Jacksonville Jaguars would have paid out $2,520 heading into to Week 4.
This week, more bettors will become familiar with the successful combo thanks to websites like Sporting News and Gambling911.com. That will have Vegas and online bookmakers on edge.
The Indianapolis Colts are playing on the road in Jacksonville as a -9.5 favorite.
"The action on Indy is ridiculous," said Nick Bogdanovich of William Hill. "It's a joke! On parlay action alone, we've taken $27,000 on the Colts and only $400 on the Jaguars (through Friday morning), and that's off the board only, not even including parlay cards which is going to be a much higher number."
