FSU Seminoles Line Pushed Down From -57 to -56 Against Idaho

The FSU line has been driven down a whole point but this is still one of the biggest numbers we have ever seen here at Gambling911.com: 56 is the price and, remarkably, people are backing the Seminoles at a 78 percent clip at WagerWeb.com.    Be advised that this line has moved back to -57 as of Friday

In case you were wondering, the total for this game was set at 69.  This is important to note since a vast majority of this weekend’s totals are actually coming in lower than the line on this game.

Heisman Trophy candidate, QB Jameis Winston, may be sitting out half this game depending on the score separation so Gambling911.com advises to be careful when considering the 56-point spread.  Nevertheless, FSU has beaten two straight opponents by more than 56 points.  With the Idaho Vandals the worst team Florida State will be facing this season, logic dictates an even greater margin of victory. But the Noles will be facing the Gators next week so it is easy to overlook Idaho here.

As a favorite of 31 or more points, Florida State has gone 4-1 Against The Spread this season and 5-4 ATS over the past three years.   Idaho is 0-2 ATS as an underdog of 31 or more points this season.

We know FSU is going to win it but they simply won’t have much of an incentive to win by more than 56 points.  So unless the Vandals lay dead across the field (and, yes, we know they have played that way much of the season) we would anticipate the underdogs covering this spread.
