When it comes to the SEC, things can get ugly fast, especially with the high flying offensive surges that can occur against defenses that are prone to put their guard down. You’ll find that there is going to be an interesting matchup between LSU and Georgia and both teams are looking to secure high scoring numbers, if they can keep focused on the task at hand, and not try to overlook their opponent.

In the past, the conference was known for having a blockade of defenders that wouldn’t budget, but today? You’re going to find that the scoreboards in the conference have been going up and up with a lot of yardage on the ground and in the air, and this game could end up being another one of those shoot outs.
That all doesn’t matter though, because we can analyze the teams, the conference, the numbers and so much more and in the end, the one thing that is important is whether or not the teams can play as cohesive units. Keeping that in mind, the question is whether or not Georgia can start to really shine on the ground, because they certainly need the yardage. To open up the aerial assault the run needs to get established and they haven’t really done that yet. There have been moments of greatness, but not a dominance that needs to be set.
Meanwhile, the LSU is going to be doing quite a great deal of hitting, as they are one of the top teams in the country. They have been dominant in the past and can look at taking out Georgia with ease, if the Bulldogs don’t tighten up their offense. Even with a good defensive stand, the future doesn’t look good, unless a perfect game is played.
The Match Up:
There are a lot of questions being asked about the Bulldogs right now. Whether or not they can move forward with a flawless endeavor is going to be hard. The LSU Tigers are looking to do some serious work, and whole Zach Mettenberger revenge component is making this one intriguing. It’s for that reason that you should tune in to this one, and with a home field advantage, maybe Georgia will have a strong showing. However, with too many questions looming, we’re going with LSU here +3.
