We’re going to try this again after suffering a loss Monday night on the Brewers vs. Braves UNDER. We’ll be on the Brewers vs. Braves UNDER 6.5 tonight as well, hoping that last night was a fluke.
Here we have two good pitchers who come into this game with a prior bad outing.
It's time for the Brewers RH Yovani Gallardo (2-2, 3.07 ERA) to get back on track here as he is 5-1 when starting against ATLANTA with an ERA of 1.79 and a WHIP of 1.030. Gallardo has not won in his last two starts after allowing just four runs in each of his first two starts this month.
The Braves RH Julio Teheran (2-3, 2.20) had his worst start last time. He is 0-2 when starting against Milwaukee with an ERA of 2.92 and a WHIP of 1.298.
The Braves have scored fewer than two runs in four of Teheran’s nine starts.
The UNDER is 12-3-1 in Atlanta's last 16 home games.
We would almost take the Brewers here if not for the fact that Milwaukee is just 2-10 in the last 12 meetings in Atlanta.
The UNDER is 6-1 in Teheran's last 7 starts as a favorite of -110 to -150 and 1-2 in Teherans last 13 starts with 5 days of rest. The UNDER is also 16-5 in Teherans last 21 home starts.
