Gambling911.com has your Rangers vs. Angels series betting picks and DFS plays for June 9.

The Series:

Eight of the last ten games in this series have totaled eight or more.  The total on today’s game is 7.

Recent Games:

The Rangers are 14-4 in their last 18 overall and 9-2 in their last 11 road games.  The Rangers have scored 4 or more runs in six of their last ten games. The OVER is 20-7 in Oakland’s last 27 home games.  Six of their last ten games have totaled eight or more.  They have scored four or more runs in six of their last ten.

Starting Pitchers:

PITCHING MATCHUP: Rangers RH Nick Martinez (4-2, 2.89 ERA) vs. Athletics RH Sonny Gray (7-2, 1.65)

Martinez will face Oakland for the third time this season, winning his season debut with seven scoreless innings before giving up five runs (two earned) in a no-decision on May 2.

Martinez allowed 7 runs his last start but had not permitted more than two in his three previous starts.

Gray has only allowed more than two runs one in his last nine starts (and that was three runs).  He has the best ERA in the league.

We will take the Rangers here with the price at +168Gray should have another good outing and so too should Martinez but we anticipate the Oakland bullpen to help Texas with the win.

Tuesday Daily Fantasy:

Athletics:

Josh Reddick has hit in five of his last eight games with two of those involving triple hits.  He was slumping a bit prior to this time.

Brett Lawrie has not hit in his last two games but hit in all eight previous to that one.

Rangers:

Shin-Soo Choo went 2-for-5 Saturday with a double, a run scored and two RBI.  He’s hit in seven of his last ten starts.  He was 4-for-13 against Gray with 2 RBIs.

Monitor:

Hanser Alberto went 3-for-4 Saturday with a run.

Mitch Moreland went 2-for-4 Sunday and played well the day before also.  Moreland has hit in seven of his last ten games.   He has struggled against Gray, however.
