Note that this game was off the board at times as we await the decision to be handed down regarding Aggies star Johnny Manziel. The NCAA is investigating whether he was paid for signing hundreds of autographs on photos and sports memorabilia. Let’s face it, if you can get the -26.5 and, especially if Manziel is not playing for Texas A&M (but even if he is), Rice should be able to cover this number. With out Manziel this number will drop, so lock it in now.
