The Boston Red Sox were seeing the most wagering action from the betting public this Fourth of July as a -130 favorite on the road against the Washington Nationals. This is an 11:05 am EDT game.

Nearly 90% of the action was on Boston, which won both games of this week's series against Washington.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Red Sox LH Eduardo Rodriguez (9-3, 4.11 ERA) vs. Nationals RH Erick Fedde (1-3, 6.00)

Rodriguez has lost two straight starts after winning six in a row, giving up nine earned runs in 10 innings during the skid.  He is 4-2 with a 3.86 ERA in 10 career interleague starts.

Fedde has surrendered at least three runs in each of his first five starts with the Nationals, giving up a season-high five in five innings of a win at Philadelphia his last time out.

We will be on the UNDER 9 for this one with nearly all the early total action on the OVER.
