The big tournament is here, and there are 10 great Masters betting facts that online bookies should know.

Use these facts to place your bets on the hottest golf tournament of the season:
- Four Time Major Champion Rory McIlroy will try to complete the career Grand Slam at the Masters. Only five other golfers accomplished this in the Masters era: Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Ben Hogan and Gene Sarazen.
- Who’s hot: Jason Day, Adam Scott, Dustin Johnson, Henrik Stenson, and Charl Schwartzel.
- Who’s cold: Mike Weir, Kevin Streelman, Hunter Mahan, Webb Simpson, and Keegan Bradley.
- Only one Major Championship of the last 30 has been won by the world’s top-ranked golfer since Tiger Woods’ U.S. Open title in 2008. Jason Day is currently ranked first in the Official World Golf Rankings.
- The Masters Champion has emerged from the final Sunday pairing in 21 of the last 25 years.
- The last eight winners at Augusta National have shot 69 or lower during the opening round. The previous ten Masters Champions have been in the top-10 after the first round.
- PROP: Over/Under finishing position for Phil Mickelson: 19.5 (-110 both ways). The three-time Masters Champion recorded a T2 at Augusta National last year, finishing in the top-12 16 of the last 21 years.
- Nick Faldo (1990) and Tiger Woods (2005) both came from the farthest back after 18 holes (7 shots behind) to win the Masters title.
- Seven of the last eight Major Championships were won by the leader/co-leader, with Zach Johnson’s 2015 win at the British Open as the exception (sixth place after 54 holes).
