2008 College Football Week 3 betting odds have plenty of surprises.

The biggest line moves seem to be coming from the following games:

Duke opened as a pick against Navy and this one has moved up to Duke -2 at Sportsbook.com. Action was rather balanced with the line of -2.

Eastern Michigan opened as a pick against Toledo as well and moved to -2 ½. This one is also relatively balanced.

BYU has dropped from -9 to -7 ½. But in this one we have significant action on the underdog UCLA including heavy action on the money line.

Oregon State has really shot up. From a line of -9 ½ to -13 favoring Oregon State against Hawaii and still more than 80 percent of the bets are coming in on Oregon State. Go figure.

Wisconsin has moved from a -1 ½ to -2 ½ favorite and the odds makers are trying to get action on Fresno State with 80 percent of the bets going towards Wisconsin.

Virginia Tech dropped from -8 to -6 ½ against Georgia Tech. 85 percent on the dog Georgia Tech, so this line could come down even further. The odds makers don't want the money on Georgia Tech it seems.

Connecticut has dropped from a -12 ½ to -10 ½ favorite against Virginia. Even action on this game.

USC is the most bet on team heading into Saturday. The line on USC has gone from -9 ½ to -11 ½ against Ohio State and the bets are still flowing in on one side - USC is getting 81 percent of the action with the new line.

Southern Mississippi vs. Arkansas State odds have shifted dramatically. Southern Mississippi opened as the -2 ½ favorite and now Arkansas State was the -2 ½ favorite.
