2008 Week 10 NFL Power Rankings

Carrie Stroup here! Gambling911.com has released its 2008 Week 10 NFL Power Rankings along with odds for each of the top teams and changes from last week courtesy of Sportsbook.com, which was offering future betting odds on teams chances to win the 2009 Super Bowl.
The undefeated Tennessee Titans and reigning Super Bowl champion New York Giants hold the number 1 and number 2 rankings, respectively, once again.
The number in (parentheses) is last week's ranking.
1. (1) Tennessee Titans - It amazes us that the Tennessee Titans seem to be getting zero respect from oddsmakers. We anticipated this team to have their odds slashed further after another good win against the Green Bay Packers yet they actually have longer odds than last week, paying $500 for every $100 bet at Sportsbook.com if they are to win the 2009 Super Bowl and we don't know of a team more qualified at this juncture in time. Talk about value! Whoa!
2. (2) New York Giants - Even the Giants aren't getting a whole lot of respect. We believe that both Tennessee and the Giants are worthy of odds closer to even, yet the Giants still pay $350 for every $100 bet if they repeat last year's Super Bowl win. Lock this one in now at Sportsbook.com . Another win we'll see the odds slashed further for sure.
3. (3) Pittsburgh Steelers - The top three do not change again this week and the Steelers solid performance last week assured this. And check out the payout potential - $1000 for every $100 bet if they are to win the 2009 Super Bowl at Sportsbook.com.
4. (7) Carolina Panthers - The Panthers move up a few notches even though they are still a little suspect, but then again so is much of the league at this point. They pay $1200 for every $100 bet if they win the Super Bowl.
5. (4) Washington Redskins - At 6-3 the Redskins are holding their own in the very competitive NFC East, but another loss like this past week and we could see them falling out of the Top 10. Let's face it, the Redskins have been one of the biggest surprises of the season so let's cut them some slack. $1500 is the payout for every $100 bet if they win the Super Bowl.
6. (5) Tampa Bay Buccaneers - They nearly lost to Kansas City but it's the way they came back from behind to win that keeps the Bucs ranked so high. They are looking like one of the better teams in the league not to mention they would have home team advantage if they make it into the 2009 Super Bowl. Oh and oddsmakers have them paying out a whopping $3000 for every $100 bet if that should happen. Lock your future bet in now at Sportsbook.com.
7. (8) Chicago Bears - The Bears continue to hover around the lower part of the Top 10 despite a quarterback quagmire. They have one of the best offenses in the league, which could help support Rex Grossman. Odds on the Bears winning the 2009 Super Bowl were set at +2500 for a potential payout of $2500 for every $100 bet.
8. (12) Philadelphia Eagles - Three straight wins earns them a place back in the Top 10 this week. It remains to be seen if this continues. One of those three wins was against a quality Atlanta Falcons team, but the others...pftttt. Their odds of winning the Super Bowl were +1000.
9. (9) New England Patriots - The Eagles have allowed the fewest points in the AFC East. With Buffalo falling down the ranks, New England could end up on top of this division after all. Then again, the Jets and Dolphins are looking better than the Patriots in some regards. They would pay $1500 for every $100 bet to win the 2009 Super Bowl at Sportsbook.com.
10. (13) New York Jets - Congrats to the Jets who enter the top 10 paying $2000 for every $100 bet if they win the 2009 Super Bowl.
11. (6) Buffalo Bills
12. (11) Arizona Cardinals
13. (14) Baltimore Ravens
14. (15) Indianapolis Colts
15. (18) Atlanta Falcons
16. (21) Miami Dolphins
17. (10) Dallas Cowboys
18. (17) Green Bay Packers
19. (25) Minnesota Vikings
20. (19) Denver Broncos
21. (23) New Orleans Saints
22. (16) San Diego Chargers
23. (20) Jacksonville Jaguars
24. (22) Cleveland Browns
25. (24) Houston Texans
