The defending Stanley Cup champion Detroit Red Wings are a big favorite (-700) against the Columbus Blue Jackets (+600).
The Chicago Blackhawks are a -145 favorite against the Calgary Flames, who are +125.
And the San Jose Sharks are a -300 favorite against the +250 Anaheim Ducks.
