One week after Kyle Stanley’s spectacular collapse at the Farmer’s, the Tour heads to Arizona for the Waste Management Phoenix Open. With a few more big names coming back after a week of rest, here’s our picks for this week’s best bets…

Martin Laird (20/1): Laird is off to a great start in 2012, taking a solo second at the Hyundai TOC and a T14 at the Humana Challenge, shooting in the 60’s in seven of his eight rounds (the other round being an even 70). He finished T3 in Scottsdale a year ago after going 64-65 over the weekend.

Mark Wilson (30/1): Wilson beat Jason Dufner in a playoff here last year, and prior to taking last week off he cruised to a two-shot win at the Humana Challenge.

Vijay Singh (50/1): A two-time winner here, Singh always seems to step it up in Scottsdale. A year ago, he shot four sub-70 rounds en route to a T3. And he’s coming off a solid performance at Torrey Pines, finishing T13.

Brandt Snedeker (20/1): The beneficiary of Kyle Stanley’s collapse at Torrey Pines last week, Snedeker has a chance to keep it going. He shot it well in Scottsdale a year ago, breaking 70 in each round en route to a T8, his second top-10 at the Phoenix Open.

Scott Piercy (50/1): Piercy has a couple of top-15’s in four starts this season. He’s had plenty of success in Scottsdale, with top-10’s in each of his past two starts here (T8 in 2010, T6 in ’09). He’s broken 70 in 10 of his 12 career rounds in this tournament.
