The map below courtesy of BetOnline.ag is based on geotagged X data in the last week (seven days) tracking tweets, hashtags, and direct keyword phrases about who will win the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble. For example, "John Cena will win the Royal Rumble," "CM Punk should win the Royal Rumble," "The Rock will win the Royal Rumble," etc. Over 100,000 tweets were tracked.

As you can see from the map, John Cena is by far the top pick, which also makes sense in context of where the WWE is going with their storylines.
Cena has said this is his last hurrah, and 2025 will be the final year he is wrestling. You also have to look at what would be the "biggest" possible match for Wrestlemania.
If Reigns were to win, we could see a third straight Wrestlemania main event with Cody Rhodes.
CM Punk makes sense to an extent, but it seems he is closer to a feud match with Roman Reigns via the favor Paul Heyman owes him.
The Rock winning to set up Cody Rhodes vs The Rock would also make sense, however, it's possible he would also be put into a "bloodlines" match against Roman Reigns at some point soon.
The biggest match right now, considering the circumstances, could be Cena vs Rhodes in Cena's final Wrestlemania. This is likely why most fans believe he will win the Royal Rumble.
