The 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series champion is currently third in the Sprint Cup standings with 305 points, 30 behind Edwards. He has two wins – the Jeff Byrd 500 on March 20 and last week's Matthew & Daniel Hansen 400 – and six top 10 finishes in nine starts, for $1.8 million in prize money.
