NCAA Basketball conference tournaments are moving into the semifinals Friday and betED.com has full-game and first-half lines available for all the matchups.

Two top-ranked teams meet in a Big East semifinal when the No. 13 Villanova Wildcats take on the No. 5 Louisville Cardinals at Madison Square Garden (7 pm ET, ESPN).

betED.com NCAA Basketball odds have the Cardinals as 4.5-point, -210 moneyline favorites and the over/under total at 139.5.

Even though they're the underdog, the Wildcats are lucky to be facing the Cardinals in the semifinal after nearly blowing a 16-point lead in a Big East quarterfinal against Marquette on Thursday.

Villanova edged Marquette 76-75 but failed to cover the 2.5-point spread. The score went over the total of 150.

It was a different story for Louisville, which dominated from start-to-finish as they blew out Providence 73-55 in their quarterfinal matchup on Thursday. Louisville had little trouble covering the 10.5-point spread, and the 128 points went under the total of 148.

The Wildcats will be in tough tonight, as they are just 1-4 ATS in their past five against the Cardinals.

A late night semifinal has the USC Trojans facing their crosstown rival, the No. 14 UCLA Bruins, in a Pac-10 Tournament matchup at the Staples Center in Los Angeles (11:30 pm ET, FSN).The Bruins are 6-point, -280 moneyline favorites at betED.com and the total is 133.5.

Last night, USC beat California 79-75 in the Pac-10 Tournament quarterfinals. The Trojans cashed as 2-point underdogs and the game played over the 137.5-point total.

UCLA got past Washington State 64-53 in their quarterfinal on Thursday night. The Bruins covered as 8.5-point favorites and the score went under the 122-point total.

USC is 1-6 SU in its past seven against UCLA.
