The NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs officially start Saturday April 18, but for teams on the playoff bubble every game is basically a playoff game.
Eight teams’ odds have been taken off the board at BetOnline.ag with another eight teams at 100/1 or greater to win the Stanley Cup.
Some things from the odds when they first opened up (6/18/25) until today have caught our eye including:
- Colorado was fifth at 10/1.
- Tampa Bay was seventh at 16/1.
- Edmonton was the favorite.
- Florida was second favorite in their quest to threepeat.
- They are the team with the shortest odds to miss the playoffs.
- New Jersey and Toronto (now eliminated from playoff contention) were both 20/1.
- Buffalo was 100/1 when the odds first opened and are now 14/1.
