Pretty boy Floyd Mayweather Jr. was thrown behind bars this past Thursday in Las Vegas after an arrest warrant was issued.  He was picked up at a local casino, according to reports.  Mayweather Jr. was charged with assaulting a security guard during a parking dispute last month.

The Associated Press reports that Mayweather, Jr. was released without bail over the weekend.

Mayweather’s attorney says that a court date has been set for this Tuesday.

The fighter is no stranger to brushes with the law.

On September 9, 2010, Mayweather was being sought by police for questioning after his former girlfriend, Josie Harris, filed a domestic battery report against him.  The boxer was taken into custody the next day but was later released. Mayweather could face up to 34 years in prison if convicted of all charges filed against him in that matter, including domestic battery and felony robbery.
