LUS vs. Auburn was a game getting significant betting action coming into this weekend.

While more than 96 percent of the action was going the way of LSU early on, some books like Bookmaker.com had Auburn getting the most action in this game, suggesting the wise guys could be all over the Tigers.

Many of the online sports books moved the line from -2 ½ to -3 in LSU's favor before moving the line back down to -2 late Friday.

An analysis of this game line by Gambling911.com shows that this game played in Auburn makes both teams nearly dead even with LSU perhaps having only a one point edge. Hence, an Auburn cover looks especially likely. These two teams tend to play very close games in recent times and they have been alternating wins, with LSU having won by a much larger margin of 6 points the last time they both met.

The Under is 7-1 in the last 8 meetings, however there was limited information related to the under and movements at press time Tuesday.

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
