Despite a pretty steep price, gamblers maintain confidence that Mayweather will win outright in his Saturday night bout.

The odds on Floyd Mayweather, Jr. beating Shane Mosley had come down somewhat and the price was actually looking a bit more acceptable at Sportsbook.com, which had him at -365.  He had previously been all the way up to near -500.

Shane Mosley was getting less action than the Boston Celtics on Saturday morning.  With an upset he would pay nearly $300 for every $100 bet or $30 for every $10 bet.

Mayweather was originally set to fight Manny Pacquiao today but that bout fell apart due to disagreements over Olympic style drug testing.  Ironically, Pacquiao was still coming in among the top 10 bets at Sportsbook.com on Saturday to beat Mayweather as the -110 favorite even though this fight is not yet scheduled.  It must occur before year's end in order for there to be action.

After some ups and downs since joining LIV Golf in late 2023, Rahm shot an impressive 4-under 67 in the third round on Saturday. This strong round put him tied for fifth place, just five shots behind the leader, Scottie Scheffler.
