NASCAR EnjoyIllinois.com 300 Odds and Betting Predictions
BetDSI.com has your NASCAR EnjoyIllinois.com 300 betting odds for Saturday night right here.
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series has the weekend off so the Nationwide Series gets the spotlight with Saturday night's EnjoyIllinois.com 300 on ESPN 2 at Chicagoland Speedway. Very few of the Sprint Cup regulars are making the trip to Chicago but one driver who will be making the trip is Kasey Kahne. He will be the favorite to win the race with Kyle Larson likely the second choice in the NASCAR betting odds at the offshore sportsbook.
Here is a look at Saturday night's and NASCAR picks
Favorites
The top two choices on Saturday night will be the two Sprint Cup regulars, Kasey Kahne and Kyle Larson. They will likely get the bulk of the action from bettors. The Nationwide regulars with the best chance to win are Regan Smith and Elliott Sadler. It is a big race for Sadler who is currently in second place in the driver standings. He has not done well at Chicago with just one top 10 finish in 10 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts and only one win at the track in the Nationwide Series.
Kyle Larson could be a good choice on Saturday night. He has made winning this weekend in Chicago a priority for his No. 42 team. "I'm definitely excited about racing at Chicago again." Larson said, "My Turner Scott Motorsports team and I have had good runs at mile-and-a-half tracks so far this year and we've got a great car to contend for the win this weekend. We've come so close the past few weekends. I'm looking forward to focusing all my energy on this race and hopefully getting these guys another win. We all want it and they deserve it."
Track
The Chicagoland Speedway is 1.5 miles in length with 18 degree turns. The track opened in 2001. The first Nationwide race at the track was in 2011. The winner at the track in the Nationwide Series last year was Joey Logano. Sadler won in 2012 while Justin Algaier won in 2011.
NASCAR Picks
I like the two favorites on Saturday as I see either Kahne or Larson getting the win.
