With the North Carolina vs. Rutgers betting odds we find a line of Rutgers -5 to -5 ½ across the board with more online bookmakers offering the -5 ½ line, which is where this game opened. The interesting thing here is that Rutgers should be around an 8 point favorite, so why this line is so low we have no idea.
