The Players Championship 2017 Odds to Win – Dustin Johnson the Favorite
Online bookmakers have opened 2017 betting odds on The Players Championship, one of the most wagered on golf tournaments of the year.
These odds are an aggregate across the board and may not be representative of the prices featured at any one particular bookmaker.
Dustin Johnson is the favorite at most books, however. His average payout would be US$70 for every US$10 bet.
The Players Championship is considered the PGA Tour’s flagship event and features one of the deepest fields in golf.
The golf tournament is part of what Gambling911.com has deemed the “Monster Month of Betting”, which kicked off with the Kentucky Derby and continues with the upcoming Preakness Stakes, part of the Triple Crown. Interspersed between these events is the Players Championship, NBA and NHL Playoffs as well as the upcoming French Open in Tennis.
