Silvia Mena is the exotic dancer suing Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth for $10 million for getting her pregnant.

Mena claims Haynesworth impregnated her four months ago in Miami during Super Bowl week, affording to CBS News Crimestoppers. Court papers filed Tuesday alleged Haynesworth became aware of the Silvia Mena pregnancy and promised to provide the New York woman with financial and emotional support.

Haynesworth signed a $100 million contract with the Redskins last year.

"This man is worth millions," Mena's lawyer, Salvatore Strazullo, told the New York Post. "She has had to apply for Medicaid to take care of her pregnancy."

The Redskins are looking like one of the better teams this upcoming season.  They would pay out $200 for every $10 bet if they were to win the 2011 Super Bowl.
